Baseline system type

Hi, I have a building that is about 20,000ft2 of office, plus another 10,000ft2 of underground parking that is heated to 50F. Should I include the parking in the area and use System 5 for my baseline, or exclude it and use system 3? I typically would say exclude, just account for the energy, but since it is heated I lean to including it. Has anyone done this before?

System types are defined off conditioned floor area which consists of cooled, heated, or indirectly conditioned spaces. I suspect that your garage is semi-heated though which is defined as having a heating capacity per floor area less than what is defined in Table 3.2 but greater than $3.4$ $\frac{Btu}{h*ft^2}$. Check out the space definition at the beginning of 90.1 for more information.
