How to add the secondary fluid system refrigeration in openstudio?

The Refrigeration:SecondarySystem object, which is used to model a glycol secondary refrigeration system, is not currently available in the OpenStudio Application.

However, it is available in the OpenStudio API, so you could add it via an OpenStudio Measure.
