Energyplus error message

i usually use Openstudio to get the data i need but i'm starting to use Energyplus but i keep getting an error message that i don't know how to solve

Try removing all the spaces and special characters (% = , & ...) in your path. you can use _ instead of spaces, and you have to avoid invalid characters shown in your error.

i'm sorry for my very naive question but how can i do that? where can i find the path ?

The path is where you put your .idf file ("C:\Users[...]").

For example, it will work if you simply put your .idf in "C:\Users\pc63u\Desktop\". Just avoid special characters all along your path and it will work fine.
