I would like to simulate a ventilation system with electric HV unit using "Unit Ventilator" in OS1.13. But can only find the Unit Ventilator with hot water heating, does current OS version support "Unit Ventilator" with elec heating?

ZoneHVAC:UnitVentilator does support a Coil:Heating:Electric object, however it looks like the OS library defaults to Coil:Heating:Water.

You would have to add/create a Coil:Heating:Electric object to your model, reassign the electric heating coil to the existing unit ventilator, and then delete the orphaned hot water coil and associated connections.

This could be done with a pretty simple measure. Or you could add a dummy object that contains an electric heating coil (like an electric unit heater) and then swap the coils and delete unwanted objects manually in the OSM file.
