For example, I have created a large thermal zone in the OS model,now I want to divide it into several sub-thermal zones. Is it possible to do that in Sketchup or OS ?

I don't want to delete the old zone and start everything from scratch again, time consuming.

This video walks you through the process. It uses the "Move Selected Surfaces to a new space" user script in conjunction with Native SketchUp functionality to create edges from a section cut.
