Unable to Register for BCL

I am a new OpenStudio user and I was trying to access BCL per the instructions at http://nrel.github.io/OpenStudio-user...

On the BCL website, I could not find any option to register as a new user. I'm also not affiliated with any of current groups. I emailed support a few days ago.

Does anyone know what the issue is? Thanks

Sorry about that - we're upgrading the authentication on the BCL at the moment to use OAuth so that credentials can be shared between EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, and the BCL.

For now, you can use the legacy registration page to create an account: https://bcl.nrel.gov/user/register/

The above link is leading me to: The specified URL cannot be found. Which is the same result I get when I try to access the BCL via Openstudio. Any further suggestions?
