FATAL:LP ERRORS, running failed in open studio [closed]

in open studio running simulation, it doesn't do more than 75% and here what is written:

**FATAL:IP: Errors occurred on processing IDF file. Preceding condition(s) cause termination.
EnergyPlus Run Time=00hr 00min  0.39sec

The EnergyPlus simulation failed due to errors in your input file. See this answer for how to view the error descriptions.

Eric Ringold i see the answer which you told me but i couldn't discover the error, do you have more information about what i could do?

Did you find any severe or fatal errors in your .err file? Edit: Ok I see now that it's not an EnergyPlus runtime error. Can you post a link to your model file?

Unable to find required file while creating LocalProcess: Energy+.idd: C:/Users/ESS/AppData/Local/Temp/OpenStudio.o11452/resources/run/2-ExpandObjects-0/Energy+.idd basepath: [openstudio::RunView] <-2> Tree finished, status is: Failed
