Hi,

My building has curtains in the windows, Im wondering if I can model this in OpenStudio and how I would do that.

Use the search function... It's been asked several times before. Look at questions for "blinds" as well... Tons of info. Example here

Probably the best source the the Shading Controls tutorial. The suggested answer by Julien is definitely worth looking at also.
