Loop Design Temperature Difference

I can´t find within openstudio where to specify the loop design temperature difference for sizing plants, either for a chilled water or cooling tower loop. The autosizing reports that I am getting are assuming a default of 19.80 degrees Fahrenheit to autosize the pump flow rate. After exporting an idf file I am able to specify plant sizing parameters within the energyplus idf editor. Is this something that is not available within the openstudio application? Or is there a way to specify it within openstudio?

The Plant:Loop and Sizing:Plant objects can be edited by clicking on the dashed line separating the Supply Equipment and Demand Equipment of the PlantLoop.
