Excuse me to be blunt, I don't mean to sound harsh, but in the current form of your question, no, we cannot.

Please demonstrate that you're not just asking for people to do your homework for you:

  • Give more context. Where is your DX coi? In a zone equiment? In an airloopHVAC? If so do you have reheat at zone terminal?
  • What have you tried so far?
    • Did you look at the input/output reference guide or the NUMEROUS example files that come with EnergyPlus that showcase humidty control?
    • Did you do a search on unmet hours to find if a similar question hasn't been already asked? IT HAS!

Ok,

A cooling coil DX has a tipcal relation 70% sensible/30% latent, thats mean when i put a dehumidifying setpoint schedule the software must try to keep the humidity setpoint, but no matter if i change the load relationship in the cooling coil, the humidity resulting in zone are the same, thats mean there is something missing in my procedure.

I´m not an student, im from COLOMBIA and i´m trying to learn the software using tutorials, here there is no energyplus/openstudio learning center.

Can yo tell me where can i find more complete tutorials or recommend online trainning?

Dx cooling coil doesnt have the chance to set humidity control like water coils, That's why I need help to learn to do it. Maybe an tutorial or example.

This would be more appropriate as an edit to your question, since it's not an answer. Do you have ZoneControl:Humidistat objects applied to your zone? Do you have a proper humidity control setpointmanager on your air loop? Is your cooling coil set up to control for humidity? See this answer for more details.
