Really trying to dial in this model and I'm seeing lots of inconsistencies. The zone area for the openstudio results is 10x more than e+.image description(/upfiles/1455122614110665.jpg)(/upfiles/1455122588815665.jpg) Thanks,

Dustin

@Dustinl, EnergyPlus's default output is in SI units and to get to IP it calls a bunch of conversions. 1 square meter is 10.7639 square feet and if you compare the areas produced in your E+ output vs OS you'll see its a consistent factor of 10.7639. This probably isn't hugely helpful, but it looks like whats happening is that the SI-IP unit conversion is getting called twice in the OpenStudio report. It's may be doing the same with other units too.

If you ran the IP units measure then you will get this double conversion in the OpenStudio reports. This is documented in this issue. Basically we tell people not to run that measure but if you do then it may break reporting measures.
