Hey, is there a possibility in EnergyPlus (output variable?) where i can see the geomtry (square meter) of each construction?
You can see the envelope (geometry) information from the Envelope Summary in the <filename>.htm file.
You need to add the "EnvelopeSummary" or "AllSummary" to the Output:Table:SummaryReports object.
The report is based on surfaces. If you would like to see by construction, in the report, you can see the construction of each surface. So you can simply aggregate them to see the total area for each construction.

May want to see discussion in this thread about net area.
This is assuming your are looking for just the construction area and not an ouput of surfaces. Question name is a bit confusing. If you want to get geometry out you can export as a DXF.
