OpenStudio - importing constructions sets from another model? [closed]

Is it possible to import constructions, construction sets, space types, etc. from another model? Does the "Load Library" feature only work with the default libraries or can I "load in" another project's (model-specific) library?

This question is very similar this post about importing schedule sets. Yes, you can use any OSM file as a library.

One nice use-case for this in an office is to have a office wide shared library that one person maintains but everyone pulls from.
Another use case is to load in the previous project for a client when starting a new building. You can re-use resources made from the last project.
