Hello, I am developing an HVAC system and the output temperature values from Buildings.Fluid.HeatExchangers.WetCoilEffectivenessNTU always give me 20ºC for both the air circuit and the water circuit. Is this possible, and if so why?

@jdmarrufo "simulation tool" = software that you're using to model building energy use. It sounds like Modelica, based on "Buildings.Fluid.HeatExchangers.WetCoilEffectivenessNTU", but I'm not sure.
