OpenStudio app 1.10 doesn't open on windows 11

I have sucessfully set the OS. But I cannot open it. I tried to open on Windows 11. What would be the possible problems.

Ï have the same problem. I reinstalled Windows 11, but it is still not opening. I even tried 1.9, 1.8 and even 1.7 and none of them works.
