Looking for Prototype Fitness Center/Gym/Recreational Building Model

I'm looking for an EnergyPlus or OpenStudio model of a fitness center to use as a prototype (or the basis of a prototype). Sometimes these are considered gyms or are parts of sports facilities or even community recreation buildings. Does anyone know of any available building energy models?

If you have modeled this type of building, can you share your input file with me? If not, can you share the specifications for the model?
