Help With Custom Schedule From File

I've loaded a schedule in from a csv file through the Schedule File tab on Other Schedules under Schedules. However, when I go to add it to the load under the loads tab, I cannot find it in the available schedules list. I made sure to save the csv in the same directory as the osm and put the file into the generated output files once I saved my osm file as well.

Any idea on where I need to go to find it or what I might be doing wrong?

I've tried to upload a screenshot of how I've created the schedule on here, but I'm being stopped by not having enough points yet...

@annieliesemari what simulation tool are you using? I'm assuming it's the OpenStudio Application, since you mentioned an "osm" file. I've added tags for OpenStudio, but in the future please mention what tool you're using in the title or body of your post, as well as add a tag so that others can provide better help.

Also, you can upload screenshots and other files (e.g., your model) to Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. and then share a URL in Unmet Hours posts for others to access.

I recently added the ability to import a ScheduleFile into the OpenStudioApplication (1.9.0) in this pull request, but I didn't think to update the "My Model" entries on the subtabs.

I have filed the issue on Github at OpenStudioApplication#796 and we'll try to fix it soon.

Edit: fixed in PR OpenStudioApplication#797

In the meantime, you can manually edit the OSM (put the handle of your schedule file in the target field for the object) I guess or better yet use the Ruby bindings to assign it.
