How can I model a hot water radiator in OpenStudio to use it in EnergyPlus ?

You'll find both radiant-convective & convective (only) baseboard models in the OpenStudio Application library.

radiators

More parameters with the radiant-convective one, namely radiant fractions. If the question is larger in scope, i.e. including boiler, loop, etc., I suggest going over this previous UMH post.
