Similar issue reported here (i.e. mismatch between schedule intervals and simulation timestep) - similar fix (i.e. adjust timestep duration or schedule intervals), or instead interpolate.
The more severe interzone construction layer mismatch errors are easy to fix - make sure adjacent surfaces reference constructions with the same number of layers. And if asymmetrical, in reverse order (see here).
