@payam, this video shows how to create custom constructions in OpenStudio: https://youtu.be/_tN3scXakiM?si=prE48MT1irTzwpxQ&t=319

If the materials are sandwiched, it is a simple matter of applying them in series on the Constructions tab. Then, assign the Construction to the appropriate Construction Set category (for example, Exterior Surface Constructions - Walls).

If your wall has different materials/constructions at different locations, you will need to use SketchUp to draw a dividing line on the wall. Alternately, you could create a very small jog in the wall using FloorSpaceJS. This would be the same as creating two different wall surfaces. Then, you can hard assign the appropriate Construction on the Spaces left tab>Surfaces upper tab: https://youtu.be/hOfMFtyfehQ?si=hUvOJg3Lh_CgLlpB&t=191
