My understanding is that FloorspaceJS is primarily a means to define geometry and assign spaces, thermal zones, and components to the geometry. You can define construction sets, but defining what an 'exterior wall' is made up of within a construction set must be done in OpenStudio. I am assuming you are attempting to use OpenStudio based on the post tagging. Uploaded a few screenshots to hopefully help:

Example of defined construction set called 'ConstSet_Office': image description

Then have a space type called 'SpaceType_Office' which uses 'ConstSet_Office' as the default construction set:

Then define the space type within FloorSpaceJS; in this example, all spaces are defined as 'SpaceType_Office'. Because 'ConstSet_Office' is the default set for that space type, all spaces defined as such use that set: image description
