@gulce, The HVAC Sizing Summary report is returning nil for the Zone Sensible Cooling for the one thermal zone in the facility.
You will see this if you go to the EnergyPlus report.
The load is too low (although I am not sure what the threshold is I couldn't find it too easily in the Engineering Reference)
If you increase the cooling you will see this change
