You can try using the ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate object (this is in EnergyPlus but might also be available in OpenStudio) or the airflow network in EnergyPlus. If these objects are not available in OpenStudio you can export out and use the examples files and the input output reference guide in EnergyPlus to help you fill them in. ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate is very straight forward though.
