Yes, finally I run the radiance. A part of the problem was what you mentioned. Illuminance map was not assigned to the thermal zone which is very questionable because I created after I double-clicked on the zone. For some reason I do not fully understand the benefit of space in OpenStudio. It is redundant and sometimes confusing. The other problem with ModelToRad error was the connection between Radiance and Windows 7-64 bit. If you install OpenStudio, the EP comes with the package. So I knew this fact and I did not install EP 8.2 separately. However, I did get error about Radiance could not find EP. So I installed EP 8.2 separately on C drive where Radiance is. Everything works perfectly after that.
