Hi Kostas,
This issue normally happens when DesignBuilder is running with a low-spec integrated card.
Could you please enable DesignBuilder to run with the dedicated GPU as described in this KB article:
How to check if the computer has a dedicated graphics card ? https://support.designbuilder.co.uk/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/189/4/how-to-check-if-the-computer-has-a-dedicated-graphics-card
If you are able to open this file on another machine, then save the model without results (File> Save > Save without output results) and delete all 2D floorplans in the model. This will reduce the file size.
