What have you tried? Have you read through the website? Looks like the IGDB are Microsoft Data Base files that can be opened with Microsoft Access and there are releases back to 2002 according to the Release Notes page (with an email address at the bottom). https://windows.lbl.gov/tools/IGDB/software-download
