It is not possible to change BEopt to SI units.

Regarding results, BEopt defaults to source energy (in common units of Btu because electricity and fossil fuels are added together). You can right-click on the bottom-left output graph and instead switch to site energy (kWh for electricity, therms for natural gas, etc.) if you want.
