Bonjour @Lauriepique. Aaron gave a nice summary here of what you seem to be looking for: Fuel and Environmental Impact factors. What may be confusing for many is that the default factors are implicit within EnergyPlus, i.e. they not explicitly written out in an IDF (to be subsequently edited). It is however very straightforward to copy/paste any examples of either objects in an IDF (see linked Input Output Reference examples of either objects), and edit them accordingly - necessary if one needs to define schedules of hourly variations of emission factors, for example.
