OpenStudio SDK v3.2.1 doesn't have a graphical application with a desktop shortcut. You probably want to install the OpenStudio Application v.1.2.1 that is built on OpenStudio SDK v3.2.1. You can download installers here: https://github.com/openstudiocoalition/OpenStudioApplication/releases/tag/v1.2.1
