Hi. I feel I found why this happens (but maybe I am wrong). When you open an in.osm file from the run folder generated with any OpenStudio file, this file do not provide access to the floorplan editor or to the openstudio reports (only to the energyplus reports).

Therefore, the osm files shared with the online version of the book could be in.osm files originally.

It does not solve my original issue (I wanted to access to the floorplan and to the openstudio reports and check them), but perhaps this info could be usefull to someone having the same question.
