I suggest to set the sensible and latent heat inputs in EnergyPlus, or you could use the development version of Spawn of EnergyPlus which couples directly HVAC from Modelica to EnergyPlus. You can check it out from the master branch at https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings
