In TRNSYS 18 there are two options for modeling air handlers. You can build-up the air handler component by component using individual models for each component. There are also two VAV component models that can be used to model VAV air handlers. Please check out the HVAC templates for the ASHRAE90.1 systems in the TRNSYS/Examples/HVACTemplates folder for examples.
