Because EPlus uses a specific object to describe the thermal chimney: ZoneTermalChimney It is not a building geometry related object (even if it contains geometrical infos, of course), therefore it has no visual rapresentation, as for, example, blinds on windows: you can put them into the model but you cannot see them through any visualization tools
