I believe data.nrel.gov changed their urls without telling us.
You can manually update your weather url.
For example:
https://data.nrel.gov/files/128/project_resstock_national.zip is now broken and the file is now at: https://data.nrel.gov/system/files/128/project_resstock_national.zip
We will consider releasing patches to fix the default urls.
