Yuo have do allow for surface-level data storage. Go to Model Options > Simulation > Output and check Allow custom outputs. Then you can navigate to the surface you are interested, 'Output' tab will appear, and finally you can check surface (and sub-surface, like windows, doors, ...) data output you are interested to analyze.
