I have not worked with Floorspace before, but to change the boundary condition of a wall you can go the space >> surfaces as you mentioned in the question, the you just need to select the "Adiabatic" from the drop down menu as you can see in the screen shot below. If you want to make the boundary condition as a surface the you can go to "My Model" >> Surfaces and drag the surface from there, also shown in the screen shot below.
