Thanks! I am unsure if Additional Analysis Files configuration was causing the problem. I managed to fix the issue by re-downloading PAT/OpenStudio and the ResStock files and then reconfiguring from scratch. Luckily this didn't take me too long because I have experience setting up an analysis, but it was a bit tedious, so I would recommend changing Additional Analysis Files if that is indeed the cause of the error.
