If you're using Euclid v0.9.3, that is meant to be used with EnergyPlus v8.7 through v8.9. In EnergyPlus v9.0, some input field changes were made to the FenestrationSurface:Detailed object used to define fenestration (windows, doors, skylights, etc.).
If you want to use Euclid for EnergyPlus v9.3, send me an email (aaron.boranian@bigladdersoftware.com) and I will share a Beta version that we are testing before public release.
