We will address this account issues you are having but beyond that I just wanted to share alternate public download locations from the release section of the GitHub repositories.
The OpenStudio CLI can be downloaded from https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/releases
The OpenStudio Application can be downloaded from https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudioApplication/releases
PAT can be downloaded from https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio-PAT/releases
and the SketchUp Plugin can be downloaded from https://github.com/NREL/openstudio-sketchup-plugin/releases
Note that The OpenStudio Application and PAT already contain the OpenStudio SDK, so unless you intend to use the OpenStudio SDK on its own you don't need to download that. Additionally to use the OpenStudio SketchUp Plugin, in addition to needed SketchUp, you also need to have the OpenStudio Application.
In the future if anyone has issues logging into https://www.openstudio.net/ please email OpenStudio@nrel.gov and in the body of the message list the email you used to register and your user name.
