It could be a Euclid vs EnergyPlus version lack of compatibility.
As @Aaron Boranian suggested, there is a geometry issue.
Years ago I used to model geometry into SketchUp through Legacy Open Studio (previous than Euclid) and I remeber sometime I had this kind of problem using Push/Pull SketchUp comamnd rather than Move. "Move" had always showed to be reliable
