for DX Heating Coil: Rated Evaporator Fan Power Per Volume Flow Rate as per this reference and PDF I/O Reference too.
But for DX Htg Coil, the energyplus corresponding object field is "Rated Supply Fan Power Per Volume Flow Rate", see image below
It is worth to note both values do not directly affect simulations results in term of temperatures and energy consumptions.
