If you haven't adjusted the BCVTB' systemVariables-windows.properties in the BCVTB/bin so that the ENERGYPLUS_BIN entry points to the correct installation location of EnergyPlus 9.2.0, then this is most likely the problem.
Please note that you will also have to transition the example to version 9.2.0 as well.
The systemVariables-windows.properties is the file that tells the BCVTB the EnergyPlus version that should be used to run the IDF file.
