The Electric load center feature that includes the PV generator is a building level object ( in DesignBuilder terms).
However, it is possible to generate outputs for different Electric load Center objects.
My suggestion would be to:
1.Create two Electric Load Centre objects, for Flat 1 and Flat 2, and group the PV panels accordingly;
2.Using DesignBuilder EMS scripting module, add the extra output Electric Load Center Produced Electric Energy.

3.Then use DesignBuilder Results Viewer tool to see results.
