Im going to stick my head out here and say that EnergyPlus can't do this 'out of the box'. I'm sure you could find a way to do it in EnergyPlus, but its not obvious to me. IES<ve> can do an interstitial condensation analysis. This is a calculation of the risk of moisture forming in between the material layers in a construction, with some fixed temperature and humidity conditions on the inside and outside faces of the construction. DesignBuilder appears to offer the same.

Another form of condensation analysis would be to quantify the risk of moisture forming inside an occupied zone. That could be done with EnergyPlus and a simple spreadsheet psychometric analysis.

I used IES and was underwhelmed, as always, with the controllability of the calculation and the documentation of its workings. I created a spreadsheet to do the risk analysis for a selection of constructions. Happy to share, pm me and ill email it back.
