The GLHEPro tutorial is the most complete documentation we have. If your heat pump is running but underperforming, consider leaving the ground HX off the condenser system and instead use the district heating and cooling components. Basically stop at step 5 in the tutorial. This will make sure your condenser temperatures aren't drifting way out of line causing the heat pump to underperform. If the problem persist you can be more confident that the problem is related to the heat pump itself.
