I'm afraid that the H2O and CO2 mass fraction outputs are not available anymore in current DesignBuilder versions. Unfortunately this screenshot is out of date.
You may consider to use the Age of Air output instead. To do this click on the Calculate LMA tool available at CFD screen after running the CFD calculation.
