The chiller model is for modeling a chilled water plant and is applicable for HVAC or other demand loads imposed on the plant. If you want to model only the chiller and you have an idea what loads the injection molding process would impose on a chilled water system then you could simulate the plant only by using the LoadProfile:Plant object and of course a plant loop. The LoadProfile:Plant object would need a schedule of loads for each hour, or sub-hour, of the year along with a water flow rate fraction schedule. This load profile would be connected to the plant. The example file PipingSystem_Underground_TwoPipe.idf shows how simple this would be to set up. Also check the documentation for more information.
