Through the help of David Goldwasser with my GitHub Issue, I was able to figure out the issue. It appears that when I used the "Create Baseline Building" measure, it created System Type #4 PSZ HPs without a curve assigned for the Energy Input Ratio Function of Flow Fraction Curve Name field. Therefore, to fix the error I assigned a curve to all of those systems and now the model works fine. See below for an example of one of these systems that were created by the measure.
