your best bet is to move the windows and flush it with the wall surface. Select the window then use the move tool to grab the window and hover on the wall until the tool shows "on Face".

your best bet is to move the windows window and flush it with the wall surface. Select the window then use the move tool to grab the window and hover on the wall until the tool shows "on Face".Face". this way you will have it flushed with the wall and you can draw the rectangle on the window.
