I would look at two points to start with:

  1. Make sure that infiltration in your model is set according to the situation in your actual building. That might increase demand profoundly depending on your building insulation level.
  2. If the building is low rise then your ground model have to be tweaked to represent realistic ground temperatures. You can read that post for more details.
